500.000 downloads of PHPeclipse
By: Bananeweizen on: Wed 22 of Feb, 2006 [21:04 UTC] (31425 reads)
PHPeclipse
According to the statistics of Sourceforge, the PHPeclipse project has recently passed the mark of 500.000 downloads (for all versions and packages).

We cannot calculate the exact number of users from those statistics because many users have downloaded multiple copies and versions of PHPeclipse and several installations have probably been done using the (former) update site, which is not included here.

But we can see by those numbers, that there is much interest in this project. Thanks to all the users of PHPeclipse.

BTW: We are always looking for active contributors. So if you want to give support in the forums, enhance the documentation or contribute code, patches and bug fixes, you are always welcome to meet other developers and users on IRC.
